These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sixes6 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at sixes6.bio ("Platform"). 4.1 General Bonus Terms

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. We aim to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.

The decision reached following this escalation process represents sixes6's final position on the matter.

10.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and sixes6 with respect to the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by sixes6 in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

10.4 Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for the convenience of non-English readers, the English language version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.
